Only one person per room please. The large 2,500 sq.ft. house is located just off Hiawassee near Colonial. This room is in a spacious house with other renters. There is a built in (seasonal use) swimming pool and a long covered patio with French doors leading out to the pool area. There is a BBQ outside you can use. There are three refrigerators in the house and all rooms are furnished. There is also a washer and dryer in the house for your use as well as exercise equipment ironing board and other essential things. There is no deposit. If you are able to pay your first and last month rent, all money received is applied to rent. There are no refunds for rent (even if you do not stay your full last month). All rooms are furnished with queen sized beds and dressers and some have a desk. You will need sheets for a queen size bed. There is no smoking or drinking in the house and certainly no drugs! Sorry no pets please. The house is located on Hennepin Blvd. 1/2 block off of Hiawassee in West Orlando in the Hiawassee Highlands subdivision.

100 Yards From The Bus Stop!!!

There is a bus stop 1/2 block from the house and shopping is close. The nearest major cross streets are Hiawassee and Colonial Drive. We are not far from the Valencia West campus and the Lynx bus #37 on the corner goes directly there with no transfers. This bus also goes directly to Valencia West campus as well as to Universal Studios and then to International Drive and the Florida Mall with out any transfers. Another bus takes you directly downtown.

If you are the type of individual that would honk your car horn at midnight to pick someone up or plays loud music in your car when you arrive home in the early morning hours then keep looking. You are not the sort of person we want here.
